Implementation Engineer
You will manage implementations and enhancements for global merchants, lead pre-sales calls, and design, troubleshoot, implement, and launch scalable technical integrations. You will guide merchant technical teams through design, development, testing, and launch while consulting on payment solutions and coordinating with internal teams.
Responsibilities
- Create scalable solutions for merchant integrations
- Guide merchants through integration processes
- Collaborate with Sales, Account Managers, Product, and Engineering
- Oversee high-quality project delivery
- Consult on checkout experiences, authentication, omni-channel payments, and platform onboarding
- Collaborate with Developers and Product Managers to enhance the platform
