Job Description

• Industry/ Organization Type: General Wholesale Trade
• Position Title: Inside Sales
• Working Location: Kallang
• Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8:15am to 5:30pm
• Salary Package: Basic up to $4,000 + Incentive + AWS
• Duration: Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to manufacturing contacts to introduce company products and services.
• Generate new leads and qualify potential customers for the sales team.
• No product selling or closing is required.
• Record call details, customer information, and lead status accurately.
• Follow up with potential customers where required.
• Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to support lead generation activities.
• Maintain a professional phone manner when speaking with customers.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

• Minimum GCE “O” Level qualification.
• Comfortable making outbound calls to different types of contacts.
• Good communication skills and fluent in spoken languages.
• Confident, proactive, and willing to engage customers over the phone.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
