Job Title: Interior Designer (Design & Project Coordination)
Job Hours: 5 Days, 9.30am to 6.30pm
Job Location: Tampines
The Opportunity:
- Join a Singapore interior and spatial design studio with residential and commercial fit-out projects
- Work in a design-focused environment where attention to detail and thoughtful spatial solutions matter
- Suitable for fresh graduates with a strong portfolio or designers with relevant experience
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects
- Prepare space plans, furniture layouts, floor plans, elevations, sections and detailed drawings using AutoCAD
- Translate design concepts and client requirements into clear and accurate technical drawing sets
- Assist with mood boards, material palettes, finishes selections and design presentations
- Revise drawings and design information based on project requirements, design development and feedback
- Support site measurements, site visits and design documentation where required
- Coordinate with senior designers, contractors, suppliers and project teams on drawing and design-related matters
- Maintain proper filing and organisation of drawings, materials, project documents and design references
- Keep updated on current interior design trends, materials, finishes and spatial planning ideas
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Spatial Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or related discipline
- Fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply
- Candidates with 1 to 3 years of relevant interior design or design-and-build experience will have an advantage
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD is required
- Able to prepare clear technical drawings, including plans, elevations and basic detailing
- Knowledge of SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, 3D rendering software or material sourcing will be an advantage
