A Day in the Life

As the IT Manager – Eurasia, you will lead the regional IT team and drive strategic programs and initiatives aligned with business and enterprise priorities. The role is responsible for people leadership, portfolio and delivery management, stakeholder engagement, resource planning, and execution of the Eurasia IT roadmap.

You will partner with business and global IT leaders to translate priorities into outcomes, manage risks and dependencies, and ensure effective delivery. The role will also build a high-performing team focused on accountability, innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Lead and develop the Eurasia IT team, including performance, talent, and capacity management.
  • Drive regional IT programs, strategic initiatives, and technology roadmaps.
  • Manage priorities, resources, risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments.
  • Partner with business and global IT leaders to align strategy and execution.
  • Lead escalations and ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
  • Drive adoption of enterprise technology standards and solutions.
  • Manage vendors and external partners as required.
  • Communicate priorities, progress, risks, and outcomes to leadership.
  • Build a high-performing, accountable, and inclusive team culture.

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • 15+ years of IT experience with a Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, MCA, or MSc.
  • 7+ years of people leadership and management experience.
  • Strong experience in IT program delivery, strategic planning, and stakeholder management.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and influencing skills.
