Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree in major IT/Informatics Engineering/Computer Science.
2. Have 2-3 years work experience in IT Infra Support & Operation
3. Have good analytical skills to analyze problems systematically
4. Good interpersonal skills
5. Able to work responsively, effectively and have good communication skills to interact with internal and external teams.
6. Good knowledge in concept of virtualization server Technology (VMware Cloud Computing).
7. Good knowledge in concept of OS (Linux & Windows).
8. Good knowledge in concept of Basic Firewall, Log Management, Backup Management, and Access Management.
9. Have experience using product tools Fortigate Firewall, Zabbix, Wazuh SIEM, Acronis Backup (+ point)
