Junior Product Owner
We are looking for a Junior Product Owner who communicates well and thrives in a fast-moving environment. You will help drive the creation of software products across our delivery portfolio: robotics, manufacturing, consumer electronics. You will work alongside senior product managers, engineering teams, UX, and client stakeholders. The role is hands-on and product-lifecycle-focused: you turn client needs and business goals into clear, prioritized, buildable work, and you help the team ship the right thing.
This is a growth role. You will own real product artifacts from day one (backlog, user stories, release notes, demo prep) and take on client-facing work progressively as you build domain and stakeholder skills.
- based in Szczecin, Wrocław or Warsaw
- 1+ year of experience in product or project management
- Familiar with software product lifecycle
- Very good English communication skills (B2/C1)
- Open to AI: hands-on familiarity with AI assistants
- Strong communication and stakeholder skills: you can explain technical topics to non-technical people and business context to engineers.
- Structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable driving clarity out of ambiguity.
