Lead Assistant Manager

Education Requirements: BCom, master’s degree in accounting/MBA Work Experience Requirements: 8 to 12 years of experience in Financial Reporting (GAAP & STAT Reporting) Responsibilities: –Timely and accurate delivery of GAAP & STAT Financials, schedules, disclosures etc. –Preparation of adjustment entries, draft financials, disclosures and footnotes for Yellow blanks and 10K/10Q filings Role Specific Skills: –Knowledge of Regulatory reporting concepts including accounting standards –Subject Matter Expert in SEC reporting, Notes to accounts, State filing/ supplements and other disclosures etc. – Technical/Soft Skills –Proficient in MS Office –Experience in Workiva, Wings, SAP/Oracle, Blackline –Extensive knowledge of financial calculations
