Lifeguard
Under the guidance and direction of the Front Office Manager, within the limits of established Quest Plus Conference Center Clark and local policies and procedures, ensures safety of guests and visitors of the pool. Maintains cleanliness, set -up and safety of all areas and facilities and attend to all guests needs within the Recreation Department.
The job of Lifeguard/Pool Attendant is executed satisfactorily when:
- Financial Strategies are achieved Perform tasks as directed by the Manager in pursuit of the achievement of business goals
- Liaise with inter-facing departments such as Laundry, Housekeeping and Engineering to provide guest service
- Report repairs and maintenance problems to supervisor
Coordinate and meet with team members in order to achieve better communication within the department
