We are opening an opportunity for the role of Local Division Manager for ABB Robotics in Poland.

About the role

As Local Division Manager, you will have end-to-end responsibility for the Robotics business in Poland, including performance, strategy, market development, customer relationships, and people leadership.

You will work closely with cluster and global teams to ensure strong execution and continued business growth.

Key responsibilities

• full P&L ownership
• lead, motivate, and develop the local team
• drive business growth and profitability
• define and execute local strategy
• lead sales performance and customer engagement
• drive efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• ensure high-quality project and service execution
• collaborate across the region and share best practices
• support innovation, digitalization, and new business models

Your profile

• proven experience in leadership of complex organization (ideally with P&L responsibility)
• background in robotics, automation, engineering, or industrial business
• commercial mindset and customer focus
• ability to translate strategy into execution
• experience in leading and developing teams
• fluent in English
