M&E, Fire Safety Manager - RPAL
Our client is a multinational company in the Facilities Management industry. Due to their current expansion plan, they are looking for an Senior M&E & Fire Safety Manager to join their Property Management team, in hopes of developing the current high performing team. They are located in the Central – easily accessible.
The Senior M&E & Fire Safety Manager's responsible is:
Lead and supervise the M&E team to ensure smooth and reliable building operations.
Oversee the daily maintenance and operation of electrical, ACMV, fire protection, lifts, generators and other building systems.
Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans, ensuring works are completed safely and within required timelines.
Manage contractors, vendors and service providers, including maintenance works, tenders and service contracts.
Oversee tenant fit-out works, ad-hoc projects and improvement initiatives for the building.
Monitor budgets, expenditure, utilities consumption and sustainability initiatives, including Green Mark requirements.
Prepare operational reports and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, safety standards and audit requirements.
Requirement
Senior Fire Safety Manager certification is required.
Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering with 3–5 years' relevant experience, or Diploma with 5–8 years' relevant experience.
Relevant experience in managing high-rise commercial buildings or mixed developments (non-retail).
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to manage teams and work under pressure.
