As the Manager in our Human Resources Digital HR Technologies department, you will be at the forefront of our AI-driven HR transformation. Your role is pivotal in developing and implementing innovative HR solutions, leveraging AI to enhance our HCM modules and overall HR functions. You will manage projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the successful integration of AI technologies into our HR processes.
- Lead the design and development of AI-powered HR solutions, focusing on HCM modules.
- Manage and oversee AI-related HR projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
- Collaborate with HR and IT teams to identify areas where AI can enhance HR processes.
- Stay updated with the latest AI technologies and trends in HR and propose innovative solutions.
- Ensure data privacy and security compliance in AI-led HR initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clients.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and competitive landscape in AI-HR.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, along with MBA from Tier 1 Schools.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, with a strong understanding of HCM modules.
- Proven experience in leading AI-related projects, preferably in an HR context.
- Excellent knowledge of AI technologies and their applications in HR.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to oversee complex projects.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Familiarity with HR software and systems, especially AI-powered tools.
