Manager- Network Change & Compliance Manager
This role is pivotal in ensuring all aspects of network change management, ensuring compliance with internal policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements. availability, security, and compliance of our network infrastructure. This role will act as the primary liaison for internal and external audits, driving governance, risk management, and operational excellence in enterprise network environments.
The position requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and the ability to enforce processes that safeguard network stability and security.

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 10–15 years of experience in enterprise network operations, with at least 4-5 years in a managing change governance & Network Audit & compliance role.
- ITIL v3/v4 certification required.
- Networking Certification: Arista ACE: L2/L3/L4; Cisco (CCNP / CCIE)
- Security Certification: Palo Alto – PCNSE
- Prior experience leading Pre-CCB & CAB processes in large enterprises is highly desirable
- Proven track record of handling Network Compliance, audits and governance, at scale in a large enterprise.
- Understanding on Wireless & Cloud Networking will be added advantage.
