Marketing Data Analyst, up to $4,900
Salary: S$3,900 – S$4,900 + AWS
Working Days: 5-day work week
Location: Accessible via the East-West and Downtown MRT lines
About the Role
We are seeking a data-driven and proactive Data & Marketing Senior Executive to join a leading multinational company in the industrial automation industry.
In this role, you will combine data analysis with B2Bmarketing to support business growth. You will transform sales data into meaningful insights, develop reports and dashboards, and execute marketing initiatives that generate leads and strengthen sales performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, organize and maintain sales and marketing data using Excel, SAP and internal systems.
- Build reports, dashboards and visualizations using Power BI or Tableau.
- Analyze sales trends, customer behavior and business performance to provide actionable insights.
- Recommend improvements and identify opportunities to support sales growth.
- Plan and execute B2B marketing campaigns, promotions and lead generation activities.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies and priorities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare management reports.
- Support process improvements and automation initiatives using Power Automate where applicable.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of marketing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering or a related discipline.
- 4–7 years of relevant experience in data analysis, business analysis, marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau for dashboard development and reporting.
- Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
- Experience with Power Automate is a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B marketing, lead generation or campaign execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
