Merchant Business Development Head
Job Descriptions :
- Acquiring various offline and online merchants.
- Identifying and evaluating the most effective merchant acquisition approach.
- Developing and maintaining the merchant acquisition target list.
- Communicating with merchants to build a strong relationship.
- Manage the business principals onboarding process.
- Research and explore new business and market opportunities.
Requirements :
- Min. 5 Years Experience
- Preference from Banking (tier 1/2) and Fintech
- Having good and proven experiences in acquiring merchant business
- Having good relationship with top merchants
- Having good knowledge and keep up to date with digital payment solutions
- Understand flow and procedure related to merchant transactions
- Having good leadership and attitude
- Able to working from office and ability to working with minimum supervise
- Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English is a must
- Posses good analytical thinking and problem solving skills
