Middle DevOps Engineer
Summary
Middle DevOps Engineer building resilient, fault-tolerant infrastructure for a high-load international IT product, with two focus tracks: databases (PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, etc.) or CI/CD & Kubernetes. Stack includes GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes/Helm, Ansible/Terraform, Prometheus/Grafana, and Python or Go.

There are two positions with different technical focuses:
DevOps Engineer with a focus on databases;
DevOps Engineer with a focus on CI/CD & Kubernetes.
Responsibilities:
Building resilient, fault-tolerant infrastructures
Scaling infrastructure to handle high loads
Setting up build and code delivery processes
Automating and optimizing routine tasks
Implementing new tools and technologies
Supporting and developing database clusters
Managing and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters, writing Helm charts
Participating in on-call duties.
Requirements
3+ years of commercial experience in DevOps
Experience managing Linux servers and infrastructure using IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, or equivalents)
GitLab CI: configuring CI/CD pipelines for seamless delivery of Docker containers with Python or Go code
Setting up and maintaining database clusters (such as PostgreSQL, Kafka, Redis, Aerospike, Consul)
Working with monitoring and logging systems (e.g., Zabbix, Prometheus, VictoriaMetrics, Grafana, ELK, Sentry)
Working with containerization: Docker, docker-compose
Experience managing and troubleshooting production Kubernetes clusters, writing Helm charts
Experience supporting and developing PostgreSQL clusters, understanding of high availability, backups, and replication principles
