Mobile Compact Construction Equipment Technician - Waterloo
Summary
Mobile field service technician who diagnoses, repairs, and maintains compact construction equipment (hydraulic, electrical, powertrain systems) at customer sites and in the shop, reporting to the CCE Mobile Service Manager.
- Perform diagnostics, service repairs and maintenance work on customer and/or dealer-owned compact construction equipment.
- Repairs will take place in shop and in field with direction from the CCE Mobile Service Manager.
- Diagnose and repair compact construction equipment, with emphasis on hydraulic, electrical, and powertrain systems.
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently; service reports, allocation of time, and tracking parts charged and returned.
- Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met.
- Complete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient manner.
- Ensure equipment and parts areas are in excellent, safe operating condition.
- Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping in shop area.
- Maintains equipment and supplies to avoid waste, prevent accidents, and damage to personnel and equipment.
