Onboarding Specialist Digital Assets

You will manage the end-to-end onboarding of institutional digital asset clients, verify KYC and KYB documentation, support enhanced due diligence, maintain audit-ready records, communicate with clients, escalate compliance concerns, and coordinate handover to Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding from KYC/KYB initiation to account activation
• Collect, review, and verify client documentation
• Coordinate with Compliance, Legal, Sales, and Operations teams
• Support enhanced due diligence for higher-risk or complex clients
• Track onboarding progress and maintain audit-ready documentation
• Escalate issues or red flags to Compliance
• Act as the primary client contact during onboarding
• Provide clear communication and timely updates
• Support handover to Account Management after go-live

Requirements

• 3–6 years of experience in onboarding, compliance operations, or account management
• Understanding of KYC, KYB, and AML/CFT processes
• Experience in fintech, payments, or digital assets is preferred
• Organization and stakeholder coordination skills
• Fluency in English
• Thai language is preferred
