Key Capabilities

Experience in technology operations best practice, including patching, maintenance, standard operating environments, and security.

Experience supporting Windows Server (2008 R2 and above).

Experience supporting Active Directory and related roles & services (DNS, DHCP, Certificate Services, Federation Services, AAD)

Experience supporting VMware 7.0

Exposure to Redhat Linux (7/8)

Experience supporting Microsoft 365, AAD, ADFS and hybrid Exchange deployments.

Exchange 2013 and higher.

Familiar with Storage / Hyper Converged concepts (e.g SAN, FC, iSCSI, Nutanix)

Cloud Services exposure (AWS preferred)

Skills in automation and scripting eg. Python, Powershell, Chef, VMWare vRA or Orchestrator would be an advantage

Skills in Docker or other Containerization technologies.

Experience and Qualification

ITIL v4 experience or qualifications are desirable (Foundations or above)

2+ years proven IT experience managing, supporting and implementing Windows Server, Active Directory and other Microsoft products within an enterprise-sized organisation.

2+ years proven IT experience managing, supporting and implementing VMWare products within an enterprise-sized organisation

Experience within an enterprise-sized ICT organisation, maintaining and supporting complex, business critical 24x7 services Proven experience in troubleshooting and solving technical issues.
