Job Description:
As a Principal TPM, you won’t just manage a backlog. You will define how AI scales across our enterprise, partnering with enterprise architects and engineering teams to build and operationalize a centralized enterprise AI platform. You will own the platform lifecycle from initial experimentation and sandbox usage through production deployment and enterprise adoption, accelerating our long-term vision of an AI-native organization.
Core Responsibilities
Lead the product strategy, technical design, and end-to-end lifecycle management for our core enterprise AI platform, driving adoption from sandbox to production across multiple business units.
Cross-Functional Technical Leadership: Serve as the central technical bridge across enterprise architecture, engineering, security, and governance teams to translate complex technical discussions into epics, stories, and executable engineering work.
Architecture & Scale: Drive the product requirements for high-throughput, low-latency architectures—ensuring our AI systems are scalable, secure, and cost-optimized.
Process Formulation & Governance: Establish and formalize operational processes, support models, rules of engagement, and governance frameworks to drive safe, compliant enterprise adoption.
Agentic AI & Continuous Evolution: Oversee the integration of modern AI capabilities and agentic frameworks (such as Claude, Gemini, and Microsoft Copilot) to automate manual enterprise workflows.
Job Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field (or equivalent practical experience).
7+ years of combined deep technical experience spanning Technical Product Management, Software Engineering, or AI Research, with a proven track record of shipping platform-level products.
Exceptional communication and storytelling skills; proven ability to influence executive leadership and deeply technical engineering teams without direct authority.
Demonstrated familiarity with enterprise AI tools and modern ecosystems (e.g., Claude, Gemini, Microsoft Copilot, Agentic AI concepts, and Vector DBs).
Hands-on experience with cloud-native ecosystems (AWS/GCP/Azure) and distributed training infrastructure (Kubernetes, Slurm, GPU/TPU orchestration).
Hands-on experience with agile methodologies, Jira backlog management, and coordinating dependencies across multiple engineering teams and boards.
Annual Pay Range:
