Product Manager/Fintech Product Business Analyst
Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects.
We are currently looking for a Product Manager/Fintech Product Business Analyst to join Platform Squad, a newly established team responsible for building a securities investment data platform and API layer from the ground up, including data pipelines, a strategy engine, and external APIs.

- 100% remote
- Rate: 180-215 PLN/h
- B2B contract via Devire (up to 215zł/h net + VAT)
- Remote position in a multilingual environment
- 7+ years of experience as a PM, TPM, or in platform planning
- Experience with securities investment data: understanding and hands-on handling of securities investment products (stocks, ETFs, derivatives, etc.), real-time quotes, security master, execution, settlement, and the asset management lifecycle
- Experience with or understanding of data structure design (schema, ERD, data modeling)
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the regulatory environment: experience making product decisions within a financial regulatory environment
- Service planning experience: experience designing user flows, onboarding processes, or usage policies
- Execution-focused workflow: actively uses AI-based tools such as Cursor and Claude in daily work
