About the Project
As a Program Manager, you will oversee multiple projects within the finance/stock exchange industry, ensuring strategic alignment, risk management, and successful delivery. You will work closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical teams to drive program execution and optimize business outcomes.

- Methodologies: Agile (Scrum, SAFe), Waterfall, Hybrid
- Tools: JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, Azure DevOps, Monday.com
- Cloud Platforms: AWS, GCP, Azure (nice to have)

- At least 6+ years of experience in program/project management in IT
- Proven track record of leading large-scale IT programs
- Strong knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with JIRA, Confluence, or similar tools
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Good command of English
Nice to Have
- Experience in the finance or stock exchange industry
- Certifications such as PgMP, PMP, SAFe Program Consultant, or PMI-ACP
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure)
- Understanding of budgeting and financial planning in IT programs
