Project Engineer (IT Support/ Network) - Training Provided

Our esteemed client in the IT industry is seeking a Project Engineer (IT Support/ Network) to join their dynamic team:

Job Responsibilities:

Install, configure, and support IT and communication systems, such as network switches, routers, and related network devices.
Provide remote helpdesk support and onsite troubleshooting for customers.
Review and validate technical system designs to ensure they meet project requirements.
Diagnose and resolve network, communication, and system-related issues.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships through professional technical support.
Stay up to date with new technologies and industry developments to enhance technical expertise.

Job Requirements:

At least NITEC or equivalent qualification.
Inexperienced candidates are welcome to apply as product training will be provided.
Basic understanding of networking or IT infrastructure.
Experience supporting VoIP systems, Cloud PBX, LAN, switches, routers, or network infrastructure is an advantage but not a must.
