QA Engineer (SF Service Cloud) - Mexico
- 6+ years of experience in a Quality engineering role.
- 3+ years of experience working with Salesforce (Services Cloud)
- Basic knowledge of Salesforce Schema, Salesforce Cloud objects
- Excellent understanding of Software Development Lifecycle and Agile methodology.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Solid experience in writing Test Case Design, Test Case Execution and Defect management.
- Expertise in Negative scenario testing, Regression testing, Unit testing.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development processes.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Good to have experience with automated testing frameworks and scripting languages (e.g., Java, Selenium, TestNG, JavaScript).
