Release Manager

Release Manager
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT or a related discipline
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT project management and planning
- Proven experience in release or deployment management activities
- Strong networking, interpersonal, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Analytical mindset with strong coordination and planning abilities
- Ability to pay attention to details while maintaining an overall view of deliveries and dependencies
- Accountability, proactivity and ability to adapt quickly to change
- Practical understanding of Agile, Scrum and SAFe methodologies
- Highly proficient spoken and written English
- Technical mindset with the ability to communicate effectively with development teams
- Experience creating and validating deployment runbooks in collaboration with technical teams
- Experience working with incident, problem and change management processes and tools under the ITIL framework
- Hands-on experience with Jira and Confluence
- Experience working with Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment practices
- Basic understanding of DevOps ways of working
- Ability to work with release orchestration tools and automated release pipelines
- Flexibility to work paid evening and weekend hours during implementation activities
Nice to have:
- Experience in the banking sector
- Experience with incident, problem and change management processes on the client side
