Position: Restaurant Manager
Hours: 37 hours/week
Food Stall ApS is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to manage the daily operation of the restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily restaurant operations
- Supervise and coordinate staff
- Prepare staff schedules
- Ensure good customer service
- Monitor food quality, hygiene and safety
- Manage stock and supplier orders
- Train new employees
- Control daily operations and costs
Requirements:
- Relevant restaurant management experience
- Good organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and under pressure
- English required; Danish is an advantage.
