What You'll Do
- Manage your assigned route to ensure efficient product ordering, delivery, merchandising, and inventory management.
- Build strong relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service and responding to their business needs.
- Execute promotions, seasonal displays, and holiday merchandising plans to maximize sales and product visibility.
- Deliver products accurately and on time while meeting customer expectations and contract requirements.
- Identify opportunities to introduce new products, expand shelf space, and increase sales within existing accounts.
- Merchandise products to create attractive, fully stocked displays that drive customer purchases.
- Represent Chicago Baking Company with professionalism while serving as a trusted partner to your customers.
- Monitor route performance and take proactive steps to improve sales, customer satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
