Job Description
- Industry/ Organization Type: Distributor - piping
- Position Title: Sales Coordinator
- Working Location: Woodlands
- Working Hours: 5 days (Mon to Fri: 9:00am to 6:00pm)
- Salary Package: Basic + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent
Key Responsibilities
- Process and follow up on customer sales orders and quotations
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and warehouse teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment
- Update customers on order status, delivery timelines, and stock availability
- Maintain accurate sales records and documents in the system
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide basic product/technical support (training provided)
- Prepare simple sales reports and support inventory tracking when needed
- Provide administrative support to the sales team and assist with internal coordination
- Ensure all sales activities follow company procedures and customer service standards
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned

- Minimum O-Levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV is a plus.
