Sales Engineer-I&S
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Drive business development and achieve sales targets for customers in Central India.
- Manage key steel & industrial customers.
- Provide technical solutions and support at site.
- Lead trials, approvals, and performance discussions.
- Build strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Capture market dynamics and build strategies for business growth in existing and new areas.
Essentials:
- 5–10 years' experience in refractory sales / technical services
- Background in Iron & Steel industry preferred (Steel Melting Shop exposure)
- BE/Diploma (Ceramic / Metallurgical / Mechanical preferred)
- Strong communication & customer-handling skills
- Willingness to travel across assigned territory
