Exceptional Hospitality Starts with You
Picture yourself brightening someone’s day. When you join our Hotels team, that’s exactly what you’ll do every time you come to work. - Assist with investigations — Carry out preliminary incident investigations by gathering information, documenting findings, and ensuring accurate reporting of all security-related events.
- Maintain accurate documentation — Prepare clear, precise security reports and maintain proper records to support compliance and follow‑up actions.
- Respond to emergencies — Support the handling of fires, medical incidents, safety hazards, and security threats with calm, timely, and coordinated action.
- Provide exceptional guest assistance — Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring they feel safe, supported, and well cared for throughout their stay.
