Semiconductor Test Engineer (Advantest V93K/Teradyne UFLEX)
- Develop and debug ATE test programs for Digital, PMIC, RF, and Mixed-Signal semiconductor products using Advantest V93000 (SmartTest 7/8) and/or Teradyne UFLEX platforms.
- Collaborate with Design Engineers on first silicon bring-up, device characterization, failure analysis, and production release activities.
- Perform digital vector debugging (JTAG, SCAN, ATPG, Functional Test, MBIST) and characterize devices across Process, Voltage, and Temperature (PVT) conditions.
- Drive yield improvement, test time reduction, and production optimization while working closely with Product, Quality, Design, and Foundry teams.
Requirements:
- Degree in Microelectronics, Semiconductor Engineering, or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering, product engineering, or silicon validation, with exposure to ATE platforms such as Advantest V93000 or Teradyne UFLEX.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, with experience in test development and device characterization.
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
