Senior BIM Coordinator / Draftsperson

- Lead a team of BIM draftperson to prepare shop drawings, sketch etc
- Using autocad / revit / microstation / Aecosim to draw shop drawings, sketches and as built drawings
- Coordination of P&S drawings
- Quantity take off
- Local projects only
- Prepare reports
- Liaise with sub contractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members
- Attend meetings with sub contractors, suppliers, main contractors and other project team members
- Minimum 2 years Plumbing & sanitary experience
