Senior Business Analyst
Salary: $130 - $150 per hour including super
- ASAP start - October 27 + 12-month contract
- TSPV Security Clearance required
- ACT - Some WFH Available
- EL1 equivalent | Process Improvement | Business Change | Modelling | Stakeholders
Our client, a large Federal Government Organisation, whose focus is on foreign signals intelligence, military operations, cyber warfare and information security, are Seeking the experience of a Senior Business Analyst.
Duties of the Senior Business Analyst
- Perform and achieve very complex ICT business analysis work within an integrated workforce;
- Exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a subject matter expert role;
- Exercise sound decision making and judgement to provide expert policy advice;
- Responsible for the development, implementation, compliance and review of policies and procedures relevant to their work within that function;
- Actively manage key stakeholder relationships and will be required to identify relevant stakeholders; expectations and concerns to develop and communicate methodologies and practices to achieve outcomes.
Skills and Experience Required
- Proven ability to perform advanced modelling activities for significant change programmes and across multiple business functions;
- Demonstrated experience in the execution of business process improvements;
- Ability to analyse and design business processes to identify alternative solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and exploit new technologies and automation;
- Have an in-depth knowledge of the ICT business change function;
- Excellent stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
