Salary: $130k - $140k p.a.

With a complex distribution and logistics environment, they are investing heavily in technology, process optimisation and system integration initiatives to drive efficiency and support future growth.

The Role
As a Senior Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in a high-profile programme focused on operational and logistics optimisation.

Working closely with business leaders, operational teams, technology stakeholders and third-party vendors, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, facilitating workshops, mapping business processes and supporting integration initiatives across multiple systems and platforms.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement activities.
• Facilitating workshops across business and technology teams.
• Documenting current and future-state processes.
• Supporting API and systems integration initiatives.
• Producing business requirements, process maps and data flows.
• Partnering with vendors and delivery teams to ensure successful outcomes.
• Identifying opportunities for process optimisation and operational efficiency improvements.

Your Profile

• Extensive Business Analysis experience within complex project environments.
• Proven experience delivering integration-focused initiatives.
• Strong API integration and systems implementation exposure.
• Excellent process mapping and business process improvement capability.
• Advanced stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Experience within logistics, freight, transport, supply chain, distribution or manufacturing environments.
• Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Experience working with third-party vendors and technology partners.

Highly desirable:

• Experience in operational transformation programmes.
• Manufacturing or industrial sector experience.
• Exposure to data mapping and system migration activities.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled tools used to support delivery and analysis.
