Senior Customer Success Manager
You will develop and maintain customer relationships, understand business and technical needs, advocate for customer successes through case studies, and act as a liaison between customers and technical teams. You will guide customers through cloud-based AI and machine learning implementations, monitor performance and return on investment, coordinate customer journeys with product and engineering, provide strategic advice, deliver training, and resolve customer concerns to support satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities

- Provide technical guidance for cloud-based AI and machine learning solutions
- Guide implementation and optimization of Kubernetes solutions
- Conduct customer reviews and report on progress
- Coordinate customer journeys with product and engineering teams
- Monitor industry trends, technical advancements, and regulatory changes
- Deliver customer training sessions and workshops
- Resolve customer concerns
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- Advanced degree preferred
- Experience in customer success, technical account management, or a similar technology role
- Technical foundation in cloud computing, AI, and machine learning
- Interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to build relationships at all organizational levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ambiguous or iterative fact sets
