Description

The senior DBA specialist is responsible for managing and maintaining enterprise databases to ensure high availability, performance, security, and reliability of business systems and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain database systems such as:
• Microsoft SQL Server
• Oracle
• MySQL
• PostgreSQL
• Monitor database performance and perform optimization and troubleshooting.
• Manage backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures.
• Implement database security and access controls.
• Support database upgrades, patching, and migration activities.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, applications, and cybersecurity teams.
• Prepare technical documentation and operational reports.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in database administration.
• Experience with production database environments and backup solutions.
• Knowledge of high availability (HA) and database security concepts.
