Senior Manager
The Facilities Technical Manager is responsible for the technical operations, maintenance, and reliability of all building infrastructure and critical facilities systems. The role ensures uninterrupted operation of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) systems, HVAC, DG sets, UPS, fire and life safety systems, building automation systems, and related infrastructure while maintaining compliance, safety, and cost efficiency. The incumbent leads engineering teams and vendors to deliver high service levels and operational excellence. Based on internal EXL facilities role profiles, the position also carries responsibility for vendor management, asset management, budget control, and business continuity support.
