Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably in large-scale IT and/or banking projects
- Strong executive stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery
- Exposure to Privileged Access Management or Privileged Management-related initiatives
- Practical knowledge of Jira
- Ability to prepare clear executive-level reports and decision materials
- Structured execution mindset with strong ownership and follow-through
- Very good communication, coordination, and risk management skills
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
Nice to have:
- Experience working in highly regulated financial or banking environments
- Previous experience acting as a deputy or right hand to a Lead Project Manager
- Understanding of DevOps delivery models
- Experience supporting change management and communication activities
