Senior Project Manager (German-speaking)

Join an international project for one of Germany's leading telecommunications and digital services companies. You will lead strategic business and technology initiatives related to digital sales platforms and self-service solutions used by millions of customers.

Your responsibilities

• Lead complex business and IT projects end-to-end.
• Coordinate cooperation between product, sales, marketing and software engineering teams.
• Manage project scope, timelines, budgets and risks.
• Drive project delivery in a dynamic Agile environment with a strong focus on time-to-market.
• Ensure transparent communication with all stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation actions.
• Support continuous improvement of processes and project delivery methods.

What we're looking for

• Several years of experience in project management.
• Experience managing cross-functional and international projects.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Understanding of business processes and collaboration with technical teams.
• Fluent German language skills (mandatory).
• English and Polish at B2 level or higher.
• Confidence in presenting, negotiating and driving projects to completion.

Nice to have

• Experience in transformation programs.
• Experience in e-commerce, digital services, telecommunications or online environments.
