Senior Project Manager

Seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of large-scale industrial and commercial Design & Construct projects across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage projects from design through to construction and handover.

* Lead multidisciplinary project teams, consultants, and subcontractors.

* Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards.

* Oversee programme, procurement, commercial performance, risk, and stakeholder management.

* Drive constructability reviews, value engineering, and innovative project solutions.

* Maintain strong client relationships and provide leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements

* 10+ years' project management experience within construction.

* Strong background delivering Design & Construct projects.

* Experience on industrial, logistics, warehouse, commercial, infrastructure, or heavy structural projects.

* Sound knowledge of Australian construction practices, contracts, and building regulations.

* Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and complex project programmes.

* Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
