Senior Technical Office Architect

Description

Coordinate with the design team for the preparation of shop drawings for the "Residential Projects" including villas, townhouses, and residential buildings.

Prepare and review shop drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements and specifications.

Perform coordination between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines to detect and resolve clashes.

Prepare bill of quantities (BOQ) and review technical specifications related to the project.

Review material submittals and ensure compliance with project standards.

Follow up with contractors to ensure work progress and quality meet the project requirements up to 100% completion.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 10 years in residential projects coordination.
• Background: Experience in residential projects such as villas, townhouses, and residential buildings.
• Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit (BIM), and Navisworks.
• Knowledge of materials and finishes, especially high-end finishes.
• Strong coordination skills with MEP disciplines.
• Ability to prepare and review technical documents and shop drawings.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
