ServiceNow Solution Architect

Salary: $1050-$1200 per day

Solution Architect – CMDB / ServiceNow - Rolling 6 month contract - $1000-1150 per day

We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to provide architecture leadership across a major ServiceNow ITOM / CMDB Uplift Program. This is a key role focused on establishing a secure, scalable and governance-led CMDB capability across a complex enterprise environment.

You will be responsible for defining CMDB data structures, service hierarchies, asset models and CSDM-aligned architecture, while establishing standards and guardrails for ongoing CMDB growth and adoption. You will also provide solution design oversight as ServiceNow Discovery expands and support the integration of infrastructure, cyber security and other technology data sources.

The ideal candidate will have:

• Strong Solution Architecture experience across ServiceNow ITOM and CMDB initiatives.
• Deep knowledge of ServiceNow Discovery, CMDB and CSDM.
• Experience designing enterprise architectures within complex or regulated environments.
• Strong understanding of network architecture, segmentation, security controls and credential management.
• Experience integrating infrastructure, cyber security and operational data sources into enterprise platforms.
• A strong understanding of enterprise data models, governance, standards and operating processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work across technology, infrastructure, cyber security and service management teams.
• The ability to provide architectural direction, establish standards and influence strategic technology outcomes.
