Site Installation Manager

Position Title: Site Installation Manager Employment Type: Full Time Salary USD: up to 5,000 inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus quarterly bonus Job Location: Yerevan, Armenia About the Client: A leading international façade engineering and manufacturing company specializing in unitized curtain wall systems, aluminium façades, glazing, and complete building envelope solutions in Armenia. Job Description: • Lead all on-site installation activities for large-scale unitized façade projects from mobilization to final handover. • Plan installation sequences, supervise installation teams, subcontractors, crane operations, logistics, quality, and HSE. • Monitor productivity, installation progress, quality control, and compliance with project specifications. • Coordinate closely with engineering, manufacturing, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.

Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or related field • Minimum 5 years of experience managing large-scale unitized curtain wall / modular façade projects, with a total of 150,000 m² or more of unitized façade systems throughout career. • Must have strong knowledge of façade installation methodology, lifting operations, glazing, waterproofing, QA/QC and HSE. • Must be fluent English with strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
