Qualifications & Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Education, English Language Teaching, Translator or a related field.
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
Experience managing a portfolio of customers and identifying new business opportunities ideally.
Customer-centric mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM systems such as Salesforce.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel frequently within the assigned territory.
Residence in Mendoza, Argentina (required).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with educational institutions, language schools, universities, or government education projects.
Knowledge of English Language Teaching (ELT) products and digital learning solutions.
Experience managing distributors and channel partners.
Familiarity with forecasting, pipeline management, and strategic account planning ideally.
