Sr. Direct Support Professional (Afternoons)

The Senior Direct Support Professional (Sr DSP) serves as an Assistant House Manager working in a Direct Care function in a group home environment. This role is responsible for a variety of duties related to the overall care of the individuals residing in, and general function of, the residential sites. The Sr DSP is also responsible for some managerial and supervisory duties. This position involves a combination of direct care and supervisory responsibilities.
