Minimum Qualifications:
AA degree in social services or related field
Two (2) years of experience in intake or case management in the social services area
OR HS Diploma or GED and additional years of experience may be considered in lieu of education.
Job Location: Multiple Locations
Salary Range: $20.57 – $26.84
Position Overview:
The position is responsible for providing client intake and qualifications, clerical support, scheduling, and case management. Under the supervision of the Program Manager, this position will answer phones, make copies, prepare and distribute mail, and assist with other program support services activities.
Essential Duties:
- Client Intake and ensure they qualify for the programs.
- Schedule client intakes, auditor's appointments, and contractor dates and times.
- Assist with maintaining internal procedures.
- Check information for completeness and accuracy. Reconcile, correct, or report discrepancies found in records.
- Data entry and tracking.
- Prepare necessary documentation before the client's home repairs.
- Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.
- Input data into database.
- Comply with federal, state, and company policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Provide Front desk support in answering calls and maintain the general upkeep of the Resource Room area throughout the day.
- Provide clients with updates on the status of their application in a timely manner through OIC of Washington formal documentation.
- Greet the public and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Assist with processing incoming and outgoing mail
- Adhere strictly to OIC of Washington Confidentiality Policies and data protection standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
