Support Services Technician

Support Services Technicians play an important role in maintaining the readiness of our ambulances, equipment, supplies, and deployment locations.
The Support Services Technician is responsible for operating company vehicles, including ambulances, while providing professional customer service to internal and external customers. This position supports daily operations by delivering supplies and equipment, maintaining vehicle and facility cleanliness, completing inventory requests, and helping ensure company resources meet established readiness standards.
Essential Responsibilities
- Safely and efficiently operate company vehicles, including ambulances, throughout Southern California.
- Provide professional and courteous customer service to internal and external customers.
- Deliver supplies and equipment weighing up to 75 pounds to deployment stations, hospitals, and field operations personnel.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of company vehicles, facilities, property, and equipment.
- Complete inventory checks and inventory requests as needed.
- Assist with light maintenance and minor repairs to stations, vehicles, or equipment.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive and company information.
- Read and understand safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, procedure manuals, and other workplace documents.
- Complete routine reports and written correspondence.
- Communicate effectively and professionally with coworkers, customers, healthcare personnel, and other members of the public.
- Work independently and effectively as part of a team.
- Follow established procedures and safety guidelines.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, safety requirements, and applicable regulations.
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance.
- Perform other duties as assigned by a supervisor or member of management.
