System Analyst (ERP)
Responsibilities:
- Get requirements from customers
- Perform the Fit & Gap analysis
- Design and develop customizations for the package
- Implement packages at customer sites
- Develop systems (Web and Client systems)
- Design and develop software
- Lead and manage projects independently as a Team Leader
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT related field
- Experience in system development and system analyst
- Proficient in Java, database, web system development
- Experience in ERP systems
- Strong leadership skills with self-motivated
- Good communication, presentation, and computer skills
- Good command of English
