Tech Leader / Backend Architecture
Devire IT Outsourcing is a form of cooperation dedicated to IT professionals, based on the principles of own business - B2B, implementing projects for clients running innovative and modern projects.
We are currently looking for a Tech Leader / Backend Architecture to join Platform Squad, a newly established team responsible for building a securities investment data platform and API layer from the ground up, including data pipelines, a strategy engine, and external APIs.
- B2B contract via Devire (up to 240zł/h net + VAT)
- Remote position in a multilingual environment
- 5+ years of system architecture leadership experience (securities, banking, asset management, fintech, quant, etc.)
- Experience designing or implementing systems that execute, compose, and rebalance investment strategies
- Experience implementing data models into an actual production system
- Experience improving team workflows using AI development tools (Cursor, Claude Code) and agents
- Strong hands-on experience with Golang and TypeScript
Preferred Qualifications
- Understanding of the financial regulatory environment
- Understanding of on-chain systems/smart contracts
