Technical Business Analyst
We are seeking an experienced Technical Business Analyst to lead requirements discovery, analysis, and documentation for complex platform integration projects. In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution by mapping end-to-end system flows, analyzing APIs, and translating requirements into clear, actionable specifications for engineering and delivery teams.
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Technical BA supporting complex enterprise platforms or system integrations.
- Functional understanding of API documentation, Swagger/OpenAPI specifications, JSON payloads, and sequence diagrams.
- Strong proficiency in Agile methodologies and hands-on experience in Jira (epics, user stories, acceptance criteria).
- Ability to map complex business processes, transaction flows, system interactions, and integration dependencies.
- Solid understanding of authentication concepts, tokens, endpoints, environment configurations, and release setups.
- Experience working within regulated, compliance-driven, or audit-heavy environments.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with a proven ability to translate technical constraints into business impacts.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in high-volume, transactional domains (e.g., FinTech, Payments, E-commerce, or High-Load Platforms).
- Practical SQL knowledge for data analysis and troubleshooting.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., IREB/CPRE, SAFe, CBAP).
- Background supporting multi-market, multi-region, or multi-jurisdiction platform implementations.
