Web Developer Team Lead
We are looking for an experienced Web Developer Team Lead to oversee and guide a team of developers in delivering high-quality web applications and solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, solid experience in web development, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor the web development team
- Manage project timelines, task delegation, and code quality
- Collaborate with stakeholders, designers, and other teams
- Participate in system architecture and technical decision-making
- Review code and ensure best development practices are followed
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Support continuous improvement of development processes
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Web Developer or Web Development Team Lead
- Strong understanding of front-end and back-end development concepts
- Experience with modern web technologies and frameworks
- Knowledge of responsive design, APIs, databases, and version control systems
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Experience leading or mentoring developers is highly preferred

- Exposure to cloud platforms and CI/CD practices
